a lovely sunday in November

okay this wasn't sunday's dinner, this was today-monday. november 7th. Alan came home from work to do more work on the outside of the cottage and I came home at 6pm to this lovely roast chicken potato & carrot dinner. What a grand man I'm so thankful he loves to cook.

Sunday November 6th

we went for a refreshingly warm walk on the beach. We are so lucky to have our beach.

this is a little spot on the beach carved out by the water, during the summer the smaller rocks were covered with sand but the stormy weather has uncovered them.

there is a neat ledge, it makes a wonderful seat to relax and watch the waves.

Alan really relaxed on the ledge

this is the view from the ledge
its between our beach and the next beach closer to the Ferry

awe isn't that cute. Great moustache started there Alan. Movember is in full force.

oops there I am on the ledge again. Its a great spot

oh Alan relaxes so much better than I

checking out the erosion of the cliff and rocks

we had a bon fire and had lunch in the backyard it was so warm out. See the insulation on the back of the cottage, he's doing such a great job to keep us warm this winter.

This is what its really all about. the simple life, doing what we want at Sanddollar Cottage

cooking hotdogs on the fire, walking on the beach and in the woods. It just doesn't get any better.

Just a kid at heart, I don't think we'll ever grow up.

So that was our beautiful warm day on November 6th at Sanddollar Cottage in Woodislands PEI. Ain't life grand!

well that's it for today All the Best from Us
