today was a beautiful day, we should have been kayaking, but warmth was on our minds so Alan started putting in the new windows.
He needed take the old windows out then put insulation up and then make the openings fit the new smaller windows. Lots of work and it took most of the day but we have two new windows.
Wasn't the sky wonderful today.

both windows are in. they are smaller but they are grand windows.

Once the windows are in we will put up the new siding....Oh my sanddollar cottage is going to be so cozy this winter.

Hey! They look great! I thought they were going to be way smaller but the difference doesn't seem to be very much. It will be cozy in there this winter. Tell the A man Good Job!
